Looking for personal training? Dubai has no shortage of trainers, but most plans are written for someone with endless free time, perfect sleep and zero stress. Mine are written for real life.
I coach women who want to lose fat and get strong — without turning life upside down. One-to-one, built around your body, your schedule, and your starting point. In person in Dubai, or online wherever you are.
I’m Alex: a sports scientist, former national-team karate athlete, and certified pre/postnatal coach. No extremes. No quick fixes. No starting over every Monday.

Is this you?
- You’ve started over more times than you can count.
- You’re busy — work, family, both — and every plan you’ve tried assumed you weren’t.
- You’re returning to training after having a baby and want to know what’s actually safe.
- The gym still feels like a place for other people.
- You don’t want a 12-week miracle. You want something that finally sticks.
Then you’re exactly who this was built for.

How I coach
Simple beats perfect
A plan you can repeat on your worst week beats a perfect plan you abandon by Thursday. Most of my clients are juggling work, family, or both — the plan has to fit that, not fight it.
Strength first
Strength training is the engine of fat loss, energy, and confidence, and it’s where my expertise runs deepest. Each week we add one rep or the smallest weight jump. Tiny and boring is what real progress looks like.
Science-informed, never dogmatic
I follow evidence, not trends. If something isn’t necessary, I won’t add it to your life.
No extremes. Ever.
No punishing workouts, no banned foods, no starting over every Monday. If a week collapses, we run your minimum version and keep going.
Training after pregnancy
A safe return to training after pregnancy is my specialty, and “just be careful” is not a plan. Postpartum training should follow your body’s capability, not the calendar.
Get your doctor’s clearance first. From there, your postpartum plan rebuilds step by step: breathing and low-load core work, then strength foundations like squats, hinges and carries, light and slow. Running and jumping come last, when your strength and symptoms say you’re ready.
Doming, leaking, or heaviness aren’t failures — they’re information, and a women’s health physio is the right next step. I’m certified in pre/postnatal and diastasis-safe training — and I still refer out. That’s the standard you deserve.
If you’d like to read more first, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has a clear guide to exercise after pregnancy. This is education, not medical advice.
Fat loss without the extremes
No meal plans, no counting, no banned foods. Instead, we build anchor habits, one at a time: protein at every meal, a step floor you can hit on your worst day, and an emergency shelf of easy snacks for the days that fall apart.
Keep the 80% consistent. Let the 20% be life.
A sustainable pace of fat loss is roughly 0.25–0.75% of your bodyweight per week. The scale jumps around from day to day, so we watch the trend, never the day, and flat weeks don’t mean you’ve failed.

About me
I’ve been in serious sport since age 7 and coaching since 16 — now with a Master’s in Sports Science, national-team years behind me, and certifications in pre/postnatal and diastasis-safe training.
Over the years I’ve coached kids, competitive athletes, men, women, beginners, and people training around injuries, often with limited equipment. That made me practical: there is always a version of training that works for the body and the life in front of me. Now I spend all of it on fat loss and strength coaching for women, because women get the worst of the fitness industry — the extremes, the guilt, the contradictory advice.
I’m a coach — not a doctor, physiotherapist, or dietitian. If something you’re dealing with is beyond coaching, I’ll tell you, and I’ll point you to the right professional.

This is a new brand built on old credentials. Client results will live here as they’re earned — documented properly, shared only with permission.
Personal training Dubai: your questions, answered
What does it cost?
Dubai 1:1 is application-based — we talk numbers on the call, once we both know it’s a fit. For online coaching, send me a message and I’ll share the current details.
Do I need a gym?
No. Programs are built for your reality — gym, home, dumbbells, or bands.
I recently had a baby. Is this safe?
I’m certified in pre/postnatal and diastasis-safe training. I program around your medical clearance and refer to a women’s health physio whenever something needs one.
How fast will I see results?
Strength moves in weeks. Visible change typically takes 8–12. I won’t promise faster — honest is the whole brand.
How much time do I need?
2–3 sessions a week, 30–45 minutes. If a week collapses, we run your minimum version. You don’t start over.
What if I’ve never trained before?
Then you’re my favorite kind of client. Everything is taught from zero, and nothing is assumed.
How to start
- Message me on Instagram or Facebook. Tell me the main thing you’d like to change, and whether you’re interested in Dubai 1:1 or online coaching.
- Short call — goals and fit, no pressure, no scripts.
- Start — your first program within 3–5 days.
This isn’t for quick-fix seekers, crash dieters, anyone who wants a meal plan and nothing else, or anyone unwilling to train 2–3 times a week. If that’s you — no hard feelings. The free guide is a better place to start.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need the next step.
